All Florida Fillet Tables are crafted with pressure treated southern yellow pine that is hand selected one piece at a time. It is then pre-drilled , routed, sanded, and sealed to keep the natural beauty of you fillet table. We construct our tables using all stainless steel screw fasteners, no need to worry about rust or corrosion! Oue screws are countersunk and concealed with pressure treated plugs where possible. The filleting surface is made of 1/2" reversible SeaBoard which is FDA & USDA approved for food services. It will not absorb bacteris and is easy to keep clean. Youe fillet Table will come with all PVC plumbing, brass faucets with a water hose connection, a large utility sink (when orderd). All our tables also come with side and back spashes and a large convenient storge shelf.
